On 5th November 2025, the Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) successfully hosted a critical Rescue 1122 Awareness & Training Session at the BME Department Seminar Hall.

Moving beyond theory, the session provided students with hands-on training and certified life-saving skills essential for biomedical engineers.

Session Highlights Included:

  • CPR Training: Students practiced techniques to revive patients in cardiac arrest.
  • Fire Safety: Practical demonstrations on emergency response protocols.
  • Skill Application: A focus on competence and real-world readiness.

We thank Rescue 1122 for their collaboration in shaping the future of healthcare safety at UET.
